Hemp wish bracelets by Pulp Street Creations

I added these gorgeous wish bracelets to the Facebook fundraiser last night — they’re all $5-$10. Some ship with a stamp for free; others require $2.50 upgraded shipping, which is available for all of the bracelets and includes tracking. Huge thanks to my dear friend Shauna at Pulp Street Creations for donating all of these!

The current auctions, for the gorgeous OOAK felted bags made by Monica, are ending in less than 48 hours! RSVP for the fundraiser to get updates and be eligible for the door prize, to be announced.

Check out the main Baubles & Blessings Facebook page and/or Instagram for some new customer pics and other gems!

New Custom Pieces

Hello, lovelies!

I have been working hard the past few weeks, first on pieces for the auction, and more recently getting caught up on custom orders. That means lots of new goodies that I haven’t shared with you yet!

While most of these are custom orders, I also threw in some of the items that I created just for the auction that happened two weeks ago and made it so that we were able to pay it forward with a contribution to the True Colors Fund.

Interested in a piece like any of these, or something completely unique? Please get in touch! We’ll see what I can do for you.

Much love and many blessings, as always!

Bri

June’s auction is LIVE!

For those of you who haven’t seen my posts elsewhere, my June auction is now live and kicking! As I type, there are oodles of pieces with no bids, or just one or two bids… And each listing is started off at about half of the original/retail price, some even lower.

2015-06-06-AuctionAll of the pieces in the collage are available, along with many items not pictured here. Stop by the event to take a look at what’s up for grabs! I’d also appreciate it so very much if you could pop by my FB page and show my recent posts some love, to help boost the signal and make sure that my posts about the event reach as many of my 13,000 FB followers as possible… Right now, without much interaction, my recent posts are averaging a reach of about 100 people.

If this auction goes well, I am hoping to be able to afford to get a PO box and set up an email newsletter, to help lessen my reliance on Facebook, a now-broken tool for reaching fans of my work.

As always, thank you all so much for your support!

Blessings,
Bri

Time to play catch up… New pieces, discounts, upcoming auction & grab bags!

2015-05-27-MAY33Heya, friends! I recently sent out questionnaires for fundraiser grab bags, and I’ll be working concurrently on getting the first sets of grab bags together, working on the last of the older custom orders, and making new pieces for my shop over the next couple of weeks. I’ll try to get better about posting them here again as I make new pieces. In the meantime, if you are due a reward and haven’t found the email titled “Grab Bag Questionnaire”, please get in touch and let me know that you haven’t received it.

You can see my newest coupon codes to the left… Just enter the code of your choice during checkout via my shop, either “MAY33” to save 33% on any pre-coupon purchase of at least $25 OR “FREESHIP” for free US S&H on any order of at least $15. Both are good through the end of May.

I’m planning a jewelry auction for the first weekend in June, most likely running from the 4th through the 8th. Keep an eye on my FB page for details as I figure them out; the auction will take place on FB. (If you have a moment to stop by and show my recent posts some love to help boost my signal, I’d appreciate that very much too!)

Oh, and before I forget… For anyone who missed it, here’s the screenshot of the donations your purchases in April helped me to make! I posted this on FB and forgot to share it here a couple of weeks ago.

This isn’t everything I’ve made since my last major jewelry upload, but here are some of the highlights… Some of these are still available in my shop, and I’ll have more added soon! Among my personal favorites of this bunch are the marijuana bud necklaces. As a medical marijuana patient who went from being on high doses of narcotics and many additional pharmaceuticals just to be able to function, to now just using my MMJ and about half of the meds I was on previously — no more narcotics! — along with a healthier diet, I am amazed at how much better I feel.

I’ve been pleased by the response so far, and I’ll continue to make marijuana-themed jewelry because I am a firm supporter of the legalization of marijuana for medical, spiritual and recreational use… Your purchase of any of those pieces will help you show your support for marijuana reform, and will also help make sure that this patient doesn’t have to go without her meds. If there is enough response, I’ll also start donating a percentage of sales of these pieces to organizations working toward reform. If you have suggestions for great orgs that are underfunded, please let me know! I’m always thrilled to have a chance to pay it forward after all of the help we’ve received along our journey out of serious poverty and the chronic threat of a return to homelessness. More

New pieces added to the shop!

Aside from Michelle’s custom owl prayer beads, these beauties have been added to the shop! Any of these would make a lovely Mother’s Day gift; the code “MOM” will take 20% off your order through the end of the month. ❤ I’d love to hear what you think of the new additions!

Today only, save 33%!

2015-03-29-Flash33From now until midnight Pacific time, use the code “FLASH33” to take a whopping 33% off your non-custom order from my shop!

We’ve got a friend visiting from out of town this week who’s offered to help us run errands Monday afternoon, so we’d like to be able to afford to do so and stock up on a few things that are normally difficult for us to come by! This would help us out a lot, as many of the buses here stop early and I have to do a lot of walking — with chronic pain and a cane for back support — to run certain errands on a regular basis… I love walking when I’m feeling up to it, but don’t always feel up to it when I need to do it. Anyway, that’s why this particular whopper of a discount will only be available for 24 hours. 😉

There are still earrings available in my shop that have been marked down as low as $4.99. You can use the code on them as well!

Here’s a look at some of the new pieces that I posted yesterday; as I type, all of them are still available. I’d love to hear what you think! Which is your favorite?

New baubles & fundraiser ending!

Now that hubby’s been bouncing back a bit, I’ve been able to jump back into beading mode, and I’ve got some unique new baubles to share with you. Here are the pieces added to my shop yesterday, along with a custom necklace.

After another few days working on pieces for the shop — some of which may also end up in grab bags next month — I’ll be focusing on catching up on custom orders again. I’ll also be going to the post office this coming week and will be announcing a flash sale for tomorrow, so keep your eyes peeled for that if you’re looking for a deal.

SAMSUNG CAMERA PICTURESHere are the new pieces that I worked on last night! I’ll be listing them in my shop today… As each item is listed, I post them on Twitter and Pinterest. I try to keep up with Instagram as well, but sometimes I fall behind because I get frustrated typing on a little touchscreen. I also post the new pieces to Facebook within 24 hours of being added to my shop, but I have to spread those out or none of my posts are seen by anyone, so they’re not usually posted immediately after the pieces are listed. So you have several options for following along!

I’d love to hear what you think of these pieces, and which is your favorite. (My reach on Facebook has been sinking again, so if you have a minute to join the conversation over there and perhaps show some of my other recent posts some love, that would mean the world to me.)

Our fundraiser has just a few days left, and the prospects for meeting our goal are not looking good. If you’d like to take a look, please visit the campaign page and consider whether you may be able to contribute. There are some awesome rewards available for everyone who does! I’ll be planning another fundraiser soon, most likely in the form of a sale event or auction, to help us get the funds that we need to replace AJ’s work laptop and get a platform so that our bed is no longer a mattress on the floor. (We are incredibly grateful to have a decent mattress, but it’s hard for us to get up and down with a mattress on the floor, both having chronic pain.)

Thank you all for being here, being you, and being awesome! I am so blessed to have such an amazing network of friends and supporters, and I am so grateful that you’re here.

Much love and many blessings,
Bri
